CEO & Founder
Paul Celuch has 30 plus years of sales and marketing experience with IBM, Burroughs, MCI, and various telecommunications companies. He founded CAP because of his love of people and his sincere wish to help families with this expensive, emotional purchase.
Director of College Funding
Liane’s organizational skills and experience with event planning and non-profit organizations are a true benefit to CAP employees and its clients. She draws on her marketing and communication degree from SUNY Albany to lead CAPlus’ marketing and business development.
Director of Consulting Services
Brenda has 20 years of work experience in customer service and information technology management. Her background, IT degree and interpersonal skills along with putting her own children through college are the perfect combination needed to give families peace of mind in the college process.
Senior College Consultant
Doreen brings more than 17 years of customer service and sales support to CAP. In addition, her educational certifications, business knowledge and customer relationship skills help her provide compassionate guidance to families throughout the college process.
Director of Marketing, College Consultant
Josh Hogancamp spent over a decade working with college students in the nonprofit world with specializations in training, development, and multicultural teams. Josh was able to see first hand the harm that massive student debt can cause young adults trying to start their life. He joined the CAPlus team to help families walk through the college process with confidence. Josh graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a degree in Organizational Management and holds multiple certificates in coaching and leadership development.
John Decker brings his experiences at Lockheed Martin, FCA, Philips, and Every Student Sent to his work at College Assistance Plus. He is passionate about helping families save money on college. His long-standing interest is seeing high school students realize their full potential with a vision for their purpose and calling in the marketplace and vocation.
Jill brings a background of 10 years of customer service and sales experience in various advertising media. She most recently worked 5 years in collections and collections management collecting on federally defaulted student loans. As a graduate of the University of Florida, she is eager to use the insight she experienced to help guide students through this process and save families money.
Jennifer is a published author and former elementary teacher with a master’s degree in education. She has over 20 years of editing and writing experience. She has been working with CAP reviewing student’s essays since 2013. Jennifer enjoys providing students with essay critiques and her feedback and comments aim to improve the overall quality of the essays.
