Senior College Consultant
Doreen brings more than 17 years of customer service and sales support to CAP. In addition, her educational certifications, business knowledge and customer relationship skills help her provide compassionate guidance to families throughout the college process.
Megan comes to CAP with a diverse background of customer service, childhood education, and finance. A recent graduate of SUNY Geneseo, she can relate to the college process with her personal experience. Having a young child of her own, she knows the importance of making the most informed, cost effective decision and is eager to help other families during this exciting journey.
Jill brings a background of 10 years of customer service and sales experience in various advertising media. She most recently worked 5 years in collections and collections management collecting on federally defaulted student loans. She is eager to use the insight she has to help guide students through this process and save families money.
