Mike and Sharon's Story

We put two daughters through college before hearing about CAPlus on the radio in the spring of 2005. We decided to use CAPlus's services because we were in need of help on maneuvering the FAFSA and college selection process more effectively for our last daughter. It was an investment for our family (cost-wise), but then again, college is also a major investment.

We were helped greatly by Paul Celuch and his team. We met with him, and he was a great help. Paul gave our daughter a great deal of help with criteria that she was specifically looking for in her college selection: price, geographic area, recommendations, and so much more. It is a thorough process and very helpful when you have so much to consider.

The program keeps you and your student informed (through the newsletter), and they were always available to help us as we went. Paul was great about getting back to us when we had questions and reviewing our FAFSA to make sure we would benefit as much as possible with grants/scholarships. We thought we knew the FAFSA material, as we had done it twice already, but they guided us through much more.

It has been a good experience and worth it to us to invest in CAPlus. It was especially beneficial as my husband is disabled and we needed guidance on reporting investment information, income, etc.

Our daughter graduates in May, so we are thankful to finally be at the end of these college years.
