Paul Celuch

Paul Celuch has 30 plus years of sales and marketing experience with IBM, Burroughs, MCI, and various telecommunications companies. He also operated his own Lanier office products distributorship. He is married with two grown children and four grandchildren (who are not yet college age!).

Phillip James

Phil James has 25 years of sales experience in data communications, software, document management, and financing. He and his partner, Paul Celuch, began College Assistance Plus after frustrating experiences sending their own children to college. Phil married for 31 years, has two children, both of whom have graduated from college.

Carolyn James

Carolyn James has an extensive background in financial management, having worked at a big 3 CPA company and as a Controller & Systems Manager for a corporation. She has also done consulting for nonprofit organizations. Her broad experience, communication skills, and attention to detail makes her an excellent fit for College Assistance Plus.

Theresa Markham

Theresa is a local RIT graduate and has been involved with CAPlus since 2007. With twins in college, she KNOWS that CAPlus strategies work and save families money. Theresa directs the Customer Service Department - continuously improvng the effectiveness and efficiency of CAPlus.

Gina Tassone

Gina is a graduate of SUNY Albany, has worked in sales where she demonstrated her sincere ability to care for customers. Gina also brings her experience as a Life Coach when working with students and their parents. Gina has been an invaluable contribution to the Customer Service arena since becoming a team member in 2009.

Gail Anderson

Gail has over 15 years of experience in office administration and brought her expertise to CAPlus in 2008. She is the voice behind the phone and also the point person for all of our Franchisees and their clients.

Bethany Warsaw

Bethany Warsaw has been working with College Assistance Plus since 2004. She has degrees in English and Writing and is experienced in graphic design. Bee plays a key role in our evolving database, marketing materials and computer software.She is a busy mom but always brings more value to our process.

Liane Crane

Liane is a graduate of SUNY Albany with a history in event planning and non-profits. She brings her marketing skills to CAPlus to assist with promotions, planning and public realtions. She also assists the Independent Sales Representatives with their needs. Liane began CAPlus in 2010.

Ryan is the newest member of our team as a vertical strategic marketing associate. Devoting time between financial planner meetings, seminars and appointment setting. Ryan continues to grow our business base by networking throughout the Rochester/Buffalo area.

Nicole Jones

Nicole is a Cedarville University graduate with a degree in High School History Education. She has experience in teaching and office administration. Nicole’s time teaching high school seniors opened her eyes to how many students were going to college with no idea how to navigate the process. Nicole and her husband have a one year old son whom already has a college savings plan.

Lisa Fetkenhour

Lisa Fetkenhour has more than 15 years experience in marketing strategy, specifically, working in advertising agency settings. She has worked extensively in brand development and developing compelling campaigns for both B-to-B and B-to-C clients. Lisa also serves on the Upstate New York Families for Effective Autism Treatment board of directors.
