Barbara Rosenberger
With more than twenty years experience in both marketing and education, Barbara Rosenberger received her M.B.A. from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and her B.A. in English and social studies education from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. She has worked for two Fortune 500 companies in marketing, and she has also worked as a consultant in marketing, technology, and education. A certified teacher, Barbara has taught English at both the middle and high school level. As a mentor, tutor, and academic coach, she works with students of all ages specializing in assisting students in school-related organizational issues, study skills, writing, and SAT/ACT preparation. She also works with high school seniors advising them on preparing their college application essays. Barbara is passionate about working with students to help them achieve their personal best. Opening a College Assistance Plus office enables her to continue her efforts to work with students to help them achieve their dreams and goals. Barbara and her husband live in Saline, Michigan. They have one son.
Jim Doyle
Jim Doyle recently held the position of mid-west regional sales director, responsible for marketing and delivery fulfillment of training programs in the telecommunications industry. His marketing responsibilities focused on promoting training and career growth opportunities to employees in customer service and field operations. Jim earned a B.A. degree in Speech and Communications from The Ohio State University. He has an 18-year career in education and employee development services. He has held several positions as a learning advisor and sales consultant at The PACE Group and Sylvan Learning Systems.
Prior to this, Jim had a career as a marketing executive, trainer and product support specialist at Unisys Corporation (formerly Burroughs) in the information technology industry. Jim has been an active member of the ASTD Greater Detroit Chapter since 1990 and has served in several board positions during that time, most recently as Vice President of Finance for the chapter.
Jim is married and has two grown children and two grandchildren.
