Independent Sales Rep Opportunity

Position Description

College Assistance Plus is the market leader in providing families with a service that guides parents through the college process with our focus on saving them money. We offer an opportunity to serve people and make a great income! If you have the ability to present seminars to small groups of people and then meet with them to close the sale, this would be a great fit. Anyone who is networked in their community and has put children through college understands the significant problems faced today that parents have paying for college. This is a commissioned position that has tremendous upside for income.There is a minimum investment required.

The tremendous need for our services in the marketplace has exploded because of this recession. Unlike many companies being effected negatively from the current economic state, our business is growing very rapidly.

This position is for a sales person that is motivated and would like to make a minimum income range of $40,000 - $75,000 per year.

Experience

  • 2+ years selling experience
  • Knowledge of the college process - putting kids through college is very helpful but not mandatory
  • The ability to network in your community
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on selling
  • Ability to set up seminars and appointments by cultivating leads and seminars on your own
  • Ability to stay organized and follow up with new leads, prospects and current clients
  • Ability to develop working relationships / close the sale

Job Overview

You should be able to schedule and present seminars to families about our products and services, articulating our processes for saving money for college with a focus on developing business in your territory while also being able to communicate with our corporate office.

This is a part-time or full-time position, requiring at least 10-20 hours each week.
